As per Italian law Article 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196/03, we inform you that the personal data collected through curriculum vitae sent by you, CV form filled online, or collected during previous job interviews shall be subjected to an automated treatment and shall be used for the sending of information by mail or email to Users. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Personal data are processed according to an aim closely connected to the research activity and selection of staff, or nevertheless aiming towards a possible establishment of a collaborative working relationship.

Data treatment may refers also to sensitive data.

As per Art.13, comma 1 lett.b) and c) of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you that authorizing O.M.A.S. STAMPI srl to personal data treatment is not compulsory, but your refusal will not permit O.M.A.S. STAMPI srl to contact you for the above mentioned purposes.

Art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 gives users specific rights concerning the treatment of personal details, including:

- the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of details that may concern them;
- the right to update, rectify or complete such details, as well as their cancellation, transformation into anonymous data or their suspension in the case of misuse;
- the right to deny use as per the indications indicated above only for legitimate reasons;
- the right to deny use for commercial or promotional purposes, the forwarding of publicity materials or the administration of market research.

Personal details must be entered before access can be given to our company’s services. Registration is free but conditional on the receipt of such details and the acceptance by the user of the terms indicated in the general conditions. O.M.A.S. STAMPI srl reserves the right to refuse registration and to interrupt the supply of services should any of the details supplied prove to be false.
